1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of:
digital books (ebooks)
physical merchandise (prints, apparel, objects)
Any purchase on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration only.
2.1 Ebook
The ebook is delivered as a digital file (PDF, EPUB, or other format).
The purchase grants a personal, non‑transferable, non‑commercial license.
2.2 Merchandise
Physical items are sold within the limits of available stock.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), VAT included when applicable.
The Seller may update prices at any time, but orders are billed at the rate in effect at
purchase.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is validated and a confirmation email is sent.
The Seller may cancel any order in case of fraud or dispute.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through:
Stripe (credit/debit card)
PayPal (if enabled)
No payment data is stored on the website.
6. Delivery
6.1 Ebook
Delivery is immediate via email with a download link.
Links may be time‑limited or download‑limited.
6.2 Merchandise
Physical products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Customs fees, if any, are the Customer’s responsibility.
7. Withdrawal Right
7.1 Digital Products
In accordance with EU law, no withdrawal right applies once the ebook has been
downloaded or accessed.
By purchasing, the Customer expressly waives the withdrawal right.
7.2 Merchandise
For physical items, the Customer has 14 days to request a return.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
No refund is granted for:
downloaded ebooks
damaged or incomplete returned items
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Manifesto website is protected by copyright.
Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Personal Data
Customer data is used solely for order processing and communication.
Customers may request access, modification, or deletion of their data.
11. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for:
misuse of products
technical issues related to the Customer’s device or internet provider
delays or damages caused by carriers
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Seller’s jurisdiction.
